Doug and I rode the entire route on day four, all 84 miles and over 5k vertical feet of climbing. The day of rest proved benificial. Doug powered over the hills like they were pieces of cake. Speaking of cake there were cake pops at the second aid station! The day was long. The wind was fierce. The sun shined bright. And we completed the ride safely!
