We recommend you ship your bike to the Fort Collins Marriott, located at 350 E Horsetooth Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80525. You can select this location from the drop-down menu on the Ride the Rockies Bike Shipping Guide. Bikeflights will deliver your bike directly to the hotel, where it will be stored in a secured conference room prior to your departure on the 2023 Ride the Rockies.
To make your life easier, we have secured a certified mechanic to professionally unpack and assemble your bike, including a safety check prior to pickup. The cost is $75, which is less than area bike shops are charging and this option eliminates the need for you to transport your bike between a bike shop and the hotel. In addition, you can request your bike to be disassembled post tour. Select “continue” at the bottom of the page to request disassembly. Please fill out the Google Form to indicate your Shipment / Build Preferences. Failure to indicate your preference may delay the start of your tour.
You are also welcome to assemble / disassemble and unpack / pack your own bike before and after Ride the Rockies without assistance of our mechanic staff. Make sure you pack the necessary tools if you select this option.
