Discover the Gold Rush in the 9th annual Ride The Rockies VIP Prologue Experience.

This VIP 2-night weekend event kicks off the exciting week-long Denver Post Ride The Rockies Bicycle Tour and is one of the premier fundraisers for The Denver Post Community Foundation.

By joining our elite group of celebrity cyclists, you will start the weekend by meeting other Prologue participants at the welcome reception on Friday night at the Grand Living Room at One Ski Place in historic Breckenridge. Saturday begins with a power house breakfast to set the day of cycling up for success.
The ride will take you up and over Hoosier Pass ending in Fairplay. In Fairplay, riders will be served an elegant lunch served right in the middle of the South Park City, a restored mining town. The Continental Divide Winery will be onsite to serve their wine, manufactured in Fairplay from Colorado grapes. Following lunch, guests will have the option to take a shuttle back to the hotel or grab a gravel bike for a ride over Boreas Pass back to Breckenridge.
Everyone will have an opportunity for a well-deserved massage back at the hotel before heading to dinner. In the spirit of the mining history of Breckenridge, a western dinner will be served at the Country Boy Mine. The Country Boy Mine was one of the largest and most famous gold mines in Breckenridge.

To secure your spot in this limited event, Ride The Rockies requests a donation of $2,800 from cyclists. Net proceeds from the ride will go directly to The Denver Post Community Foundation, which supports nonprofits in the areas of basic human services, youth, literacy and the arts.
